Covid-19

Your Safety is Our Goal

At Boathouse BBQ, we’ve always made health and safety a priority. Assuring the well-being of our associates and guests and maintaining the highest standards for cleanliness and sanitization in our restaurant is our commitment.

We take our responsibility for opening our restaurant for service during COVID-19 very seriously. To meet this obligation, we’ve established additional protection measures and trained our team in enhanced best practices for safety and sanitation. Our work has been guided by the specific recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the US Food and Drug Administration, and state and local health departments.

While numerous actions are in place, the below provides an overview of the elements of our comprehensive program:

  • Setting guidelines for all associates and managers related to proper cleanliness and personal practices, such as hand washing, face touching and the use of masks.
  • Establishing wellness screenings for associates and others entering our home office and our restaurants, including temperature checks (of which we keep logs), and requiring associates who feel sick to remain at home.
  • Training our team in updated protective programs and disinfection protocols, including high-touch surfaces, food preparation areas and shared public spaces.
  • For those guests required to wait in line for an open table, we’ve created a safe area outside for customers to social-distance during their wait.

A Note About Our Menu

Covid-19 has created a burden on the availability and  delivery of certain food products across the country. At Boathouse BBQ, we pride ourselves on serving only the finest ingredients, so we’ve made changes to a few menu items to provide you with the best selection possible. Please be patient if an item is unavailable, though, as it is completely out of our control. Your server can provide you with details prior to your order.

Thank You.
